Hi, I’m Scarlett (Frances) Jones, a Registered Psychotherapist and member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). After years in healthcare, I felt pulled toward deeper work—meaningful connection, honest conversations, and helping people feel truly seen—which led me to psychotherapy.
I support adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and the echoes of past trauma—online across Ontario. I believe healing happens at the intersection of reflection, vulnerability, and creativity. We’ll work with both mind and body, noticing how emotions show up in thoughts, the nervous system, posture, and everyday patterns.
My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from Solution‑Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT, and I’m trained in the Gottman Method for couples. Together we’ll explore what’s not working, understand the patterns underneath, and practice practical tools that create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe.
Outside sessions, you’ll likely find me at hot yoga, painting, or enjoying a great meal—often under the watchful eye of my 10‑year‑old Persian cat, Rem, who occasionally insists on a cameo.
