Hi, I’m Scarlett (Frances) Jones, a Registered Psychotherapist and member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). After years working in healthcare, I felt drawn to something deeper - meaningful connection, authentic conversations, and a career devoted to helping people feel truly seen. That calling led me to psychotherapy.
I believe healing happens at the intersection of reflection, vulnerability, and creativity. In my work, I blend mind and body, exploring how emotions live not only in our thoughts, but also in our nervous systems, posture, and everyday patterns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I draw from approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, among others. I’m also a couples therapist trained in the Gottman Method. Together, we’ll explore challenges, uncover patterns, and move toward meaningful change in a space that feels safe, supportive, and human.
Outside the therapy room - when I’m not catching up on client notes - you’ll usually find me at hot yoga, enjoying a great meal, painting, or under the watchful eye of my 10-year-old Persian cat, Rem, who sometimes insists on making a cameo in sessions.
Curious to see if we’re a good fit?
Let’s connect - your next chapter can start here.
